V3 managers certification

When will be ITIL V3 managers certification is start and what will be cost of examination ?

V3 "managers" is called Advanced Master and it is still in preparation three years after ITIL V3 came out, though strangely you can do a bridge to it from ITIL V2 Manager.

Or is ITIL V2 Manager's cert replaced by ITIL V3 Expert? I get so confused because we used to also call it ITIL V2 Master. You can sit the Expert exam already I believe, though I had trouble finding it offered anywhere. Just finding any ITIL exams on Prometric is near impossible. But I've heard it is available.
