 <description>&lt;p&gt;Transitioning a project into Production is a complex process.  One of the trickiest parts is transitioning responsibilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&quot;Go-live&quot; is sometimes seen too simplistically as a handover to Operations, as if Ops will magically run it from Day One without help.
