 <title>Value of the USMBOK</title>
 <link>http://www.itskeptic.org/abc-cafeterias#comment-4340</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;The USMBOK should be on every book shelf, It is a valuable tool for anyone at any level that is truly involved in service management. It goes far beyond IT service management and has more depth and breath. It is well organized and easy to follow. We use the USMBOK as a guideline in just about everything we do.&lt;/p&gt;
