People, Everything Else

It is. But
a) I like the rule of threes
b) ITIL has a six-way model. Where does it end?
c) For the purposes of the book I only care about the first one. My model is "People, Everything Else" :D

Add Partners and...

I could not agree more. It's not about the technology. I also agree it's about People, Process, Products/Technology, AND Partners/Suppliers. Add the last combo into the dialog and it's more complete and more reflective of IT reality, today.
